Civil Aviation Act 2022-19

The Act vests in the BCAA, through the Minister, the Board and the office of the Director General, the responsibility for providing safety and security oversight, as well as safety-related services, including the registration of aircraft, the issuance, renewal and cancellation of aviation documents such as certificates and personnel licences, the certification and monitoring of the airport, air operators, aviation training organizations, aircraft maintenance organizations, air navigation service providers, and other aviation service providers.

The Establishment and Management of an efficient Civil Aviation Authority and its operation is central to our success.
